Moustafa Ahmed El-Shenawy is currently working in Dept. Food Science, Cairo University, Egypt. He has completed his BSc. Agriculture (Food Science) at Alexandria University in June 1972, MSc. Microbiology in June 1978 at Al-Azhar University and PhD in 1984 (Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety (Microbiology)) at University of Bucharest Romania. He has worked as a Postdoctoral fellow at Food Sci. Dept. in University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA from June 1987 to Feb 1988. He has Research interest in Food Science, Microbiology, Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Departments. And he has Published about 100 articles in Food & Environmental (Microbiology) Department.
